I have been religiously following all the scientific discussions and career counselling sessions since its inception. All these events to the large extent shaped my scientific acumen, critical thinking and scientific reasoning. I appreciate the work, the organisation is doing in guiding and mentoring young scientists back home in these tough times. The driving force of the organisation Dr. Syed is an inspiration and motivation for young researchers.
